Resumo
Professor Titular do Departamento de Geologia Sedimentar e Ambiental do Instituto de Geociências da USP, é geólogo (IGc-USP, 1997), mestre em geotectônica (IGc-USP, 2001), doutor em geologia sedimentar (IGc-USP, 2005) e livre docente (IGc-USP, 2012). Desenvolve pesquisas em Tectônica e Sedimentação com ênfase em Sistemas Deposicionais Continentais, sistemas Fluviais ao longo do tempo geológico, Evolução de Bacias Sedimentares e Sedimentação Pré-Cambriana.
